PostSubject: Sleepwalking and Sleeptalking   Fri Mar 21, 2008 6:04 am

ORD, talrasha and I were discussing it this arvo...and we have some pretty funny sleepwalking/sleeptalking stories between us. So I thought we should all share on here. Smile It doesn't have to be about yourself (most of mine are about my sister), but...yeah. Smile

I'll kick it off. One time my sis was sleepwalking and put her pillow in the fridge. We found it the next morning, much to the amusement of the policeman who was at our house (but that's another story completely). We reckon she was just after the cooler side of the pillow but couldn't find it...

Hehe. Smile

One time my sis was talking about something in her sleep and my mum walked in, asking what was wrong. My sis said, "I think I have to work with you." My mum said, "OK, what are we working on?" and then my sis said, "I have to work with you. (insert naughty four-letter word beginning with s here)." My mum doesn't mind us swearing...just not at her. I mean, we all knew my sis was asleep, but...yeah. So the next morning my mum told my sis that she was grounded for swearing at her and me sis is like "WTF?" and we explained it to her...then she said we was stupid.

the only good sleepwalking story i have is when my nana was up here for a visit and she was sleeping in the fold out lounge in the main part of the house. well when i went for my little walk i went out of my room up to my nana (in the pose of holding an imaginary gun) and asked "where is the front line citizen". nana replied "i don't know". i then said "don't worry I'll find it" i ran off to the lounge room window and got onto the couch (taking cover behind the back of it sort of thing) and started going "Bang Bang Bang" as i was shooting people. after a bit i went back to nana and said, "its ok citizen your safe now, i have to go somewhere else now" then ran off to bed. i think i was in world war two fighting Germans?

My sis tried to go out the front once coz she saw some of my friends, apparently...if Mum hadn't have been awake then my sis probably would have managed to unlock the front doors and make it out...I worry about what would happen to my sis while she sleeps if my mum wasn't here...

OK, I got a fresh one for y'all. Smile

The other night ORD slept over my house, at at 1030pm we was lying down on the futon watching TV, and my sis ran out and just stood at the end of the futon, looking at us like...WTF? I ran out to the lounge room and told my mum "Mum, she's sleepwalking, what do I do?" (during this time, ORD threw a pillow at her). My sis then came out and mumbled something, we're like, "What?" and she said, "I don't want the house to blow up." Mum managed to get her to turn back to her bedroom but she stopped at the dining room table and complained about how sore her ankle was, and leaned against the chair and lifted up her right ankle and started rolling it in circles. By this stage, I was back on the futon, sitting there trying to stifle my laughter...Mum and my sis walked past and my sis said (to me), "(insert naughty four letter word here) off." Apparently when mum got her back into bed she requested that the "blankie" be put on her ankle...not the blanket, the blankie.

We gave her heaps about it the next day (which was yesterday)...and her ankle apparenty was sore yesterday...

hrm, sleepwalking the whole time? Not like I imagined it. Too bad for her.

I've never sleepwalked, however I do sleeptalk someimtimes...which has me worried because each time I did I was yelling some bad things. Hopefully I'll never do it with people around.
And I heard it because in the middle of my sentence I'd wake up.

that must be weird to wake up half way through that. the only reason i know about what i've done is cause my mum asks me about it afterwards like the time i went to watch TV at like 2am or so and all i was watching was static really loudly.
